AnyTube is designed to work without an account. We do not sell personal information and version 1.2 does not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

Saved routes, alert preferences, quiet hours, app settings and local aggregate event counters are stored on your device. AnyTube does not upload station choices, search text, journey details or precise location to Fairlight Apps analytics.

Anonymous product analytics

If enabled in Settings, AnyTube sends coarse events such as app opened, tab selected, route resolved from live or offline data, saved route created, alert enabled and paywall or purchase step. Events may include app version, build, platform, plan label or placement. They do not include an account, advertising identifier, IP address in our database, station, route, search text or location. Fairlight’s Cloudflare endpoint stores daily aggregate counters, not a per-user event history. You can switch this off in Settings → Privacy & Analytics.

Website analytics

This website sends aggregate page-view and App Store click counters to the same endpoint. It sets no analytics cookies and sends no referrer, fingerprint or advertising identifier. The hosting provider necessarily processes network requests to deliver the site, subject to its infrastructure policies.

Live Transport for London requests

Live line status and journey planning requests are sent to Transport for London. The station or journey parameters needed to answer the request are processed by TfL under its own terms and privacy practices. Fairlight Apps does not retain those queries on its analytics service.

Advertising

The free tier may display Google Mobile Ads. Version 1.2 configures ad requests as non-personalised, disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier and does not ask for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Google may still process device, app, diagnostic and network information needed to deliver, secure and measure ads under its own policies.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product and entitlement information, and purchase receipt data to unlock and restore Pro. Fairlight Apps does not receive your full card details.

Notifications

If you enable alerts, iOS schedules or delivers notifications according to your choices. You can change permission in iPhone Settings and route rules inside AnyTube.

Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you remove it, reset the relevant setting or delete the app. Aggregate analytics cannot be tied back to an individual and are retained only for product and funnel analysis. Contact us to ask a privacy question; we cannot delete data we do not hold in identifiable form.
